How each assistant works

The same clear rules apply to every plan. No surprises.

Knowledge size — 20,000 characters per assistant

  • Roughly 10–12 pages of text, or about 3,000 words — plenty for check-in details, house rules, WiFi, parking and local tips.
  • You can fill it with typed text, an uploaded file, or a page from your own website — or a mix of all three.
  • When it's full, delete an older item to make room — you're always in control of what stays.
  • One property per assistant. You can't load two properties' details into the same one — that's why bundles exist.

Guest questions — 100 per assistant per day

  • Each assistant can answer up to 100 guest questions every day — far more than even a busy property gets.
  • The counter resets each day, so a quiet Tuesday doesn't affect a busy Saturday.
  • If a single assistant somehow hits 100 in one day, it pauses until the next day and then continues automatically.
  • Bundled assistants each get their own daily allowance — a Trio gives 3 × 100 questions a day.

If your assistant doesn't know an answer, it tells the guest you've been notified and the question is flagged in your conversation log — so you can add the missing detail and it will know next time.
