Staylo turns everything you already know about your property into an assistant your guests can talk to.
1. Create your assistant
Give it a name like 'Villa Mare Helper', choose a tone, and write the greeting guests see first.
2. Paste what you know
Check-in steps, WiFi, parking, appliance quirks, house rules, local restaurants — plain text is perfect.
3. Pull from a web page
Give it the address of your listing or property website and Staylo reads the text for you.
4. Upload documents
Add your house manual as a PDF or text file and the assistant will use it when answering.
5. Share one link
Copy your guest link into Airbnb or Booking.com messages, WhatsApp, an email, or print it as a QR code.
6. Watch the questions roll in
Every guest question and answer is saved so you can see what people ask and fill the gaps.
